Lansweeper Enterprise allows organizations to manage very large IT estates, starting with 10,000 assets by default and expandable to any number; includes all discovery methods (agentless scanning, agent-based scanning with LsAgent, cloud connectors, OT & IoT discovery) and discovery connectors for third-party inventory tools like SCCM, Intune, etc.; supports multiple installations (more than 3 under Enterprise), federation of multiple Lansweeper installations into a unified view, full API access; advanced vulnerability & lifecycle insights to highlight assets with known vulnerabilities or nearing end-of-life; includes warranty & license tracking, change detection, automatic alerts for inactive or decommissioned assets, global deployment assistance, enterprise-grade support (Customer Success Manager, Concierge Services), and dashboards/reports designed for scale with high performance even in large environments.

In 2025, Lansweeper Enterprise added automated asset/user cleanup rules to reduce stale data (e.g. automatically flag and purge assets inactive for 90 days), introduced BI-powered interactive dashboards for visualizing asset data by department, OS version, or location without needing to build custom reports, improved discovery coverage for cloud, OT, and IoT assets, enhanced performance of scanning and data refresh in large scale deployments, extended marketplace/integration offerings, and improvements to global deployment support and governance.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Server component must run on Windows (server or desktop) with Lansweeper supported Windows versions (Windows 10 21H2 or higher, Windows 11, Windows Server versions) to host the database and web server; requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or newer; backend uses Microsoft SQL Server (or LocalDB for smaller deployments); hardware resources depend on number of assets but expect multi-core CPU, many gigabytes of RAM, sufficient HDD/SSD storage for database growth, logs, and asset data; network connectivity allowing scanning protocols (SMB, SSH, SNMP, etc.); browser support for the web UI via modern browsers; agents for scanning endpoints on Windows, macOS, Linux.
