NCH PicoPDF Home Edition 2025 lets users open and edit text or images within PDF files, rearrange and delete pages, add new text, images, hyperlinks, notes, and comments, fill out interactive forms, insert digital signatures (typed, drawn, or image-based), redact sensitive information, merge or split documents, rotate, crop and compress files, apply OCR (via integration with NCH’s Doxillion) to convert scanned documents into editable and searchable text, encrypt PDFs with passwords and permissions, and export to formats like Word, all while operating offline on the desktop.
