What is CloudConnexa?
CloudConnexa is a cloud-based service that delivers secure networking and remote access with the features needed to implement Zero Trust. This cloud VPN enables a smooth transition from perimeter security to ZTNA. You can access the CloudConnexa overlay network by connecting to one of the global Presence Points (PoPs), enabling secure cloud-based remote access and site-to-site VPN connectivity for different assets, users, private network applications, or IoT devices.
Zero Trust made easy with CloudConnexa®
Eliminate the cost and complexity of building a secure network with a cloud VPN service designed for businesses like yours.

Simplified Admin Tools
A user-friendly portal with setup wizards, secure extranet support, and multi-OS client management for seamless network administration.
Actionable Visibility
Gain insight into resource access and DNS activity to enforce controls, detect threats, and fix issues.
What is a "seat"?
A “seat” is an active user or online Connector. A Connector is software or a device that creates a persistent connection to enable service access—e.g., to connect a network or server.
Is there a device limit?
Each seat supports up to five devices.
What is a Zero Trust VPN?
A Zero Trust VPN uses the controls required to enable network access while enforcing zero trust policies. The Access Server and CloudConnexa can implement a Zero Trust network access solution that secures your network resources and limits access to those who need it.
What makes CloudConnexa a Zero Trust VPN?
Enforcing Zero Trust access is a critical layer of a secure security posture. CloudConnexa enables virtual network creation for any business size, protecting employees using home and public Wi‑Fi or SaaS apps outside your network perimeter. We also provide all the tools and capabilities needed to build a strong Zero Trust network to prevent or significantly reduce potential attacks.
BASIC FEATURES
CloudConnexa is a fully managed cloud‑delivered VPN service built on a global full‑mesh network of 30+ PoPs, enabling seamless zero‑trust network access (ZTNA), site‑to‑site connectivity, remote access, secure SaaS integration, IoT device protection, content filtering, built‑in IDS/IPS (“Cyber Shield”), flexible internet and domain‑based routing, and device posture policies, all via an intuitive web portal and configuration wizard.
WHAT’S NEW
The 2025 release introduces Data Channel Offload (DCO) support through the openvpn3 Linux client for enhanced throughput, an expanded transparent IDS/IPS system under the Cyber Shield suite, improved device posture enforcement, and an updated full‑mesh global PoP expansion to boost performance and redundancy.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
CloudConnexa requires clients using the OpenVPN Connect app on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, or the openvpn3 client on Linux (with DCO support). Connectors can be deployed on Linux, macOS, and Windows systems, including routers compatible with OpenVPN or IPSec protocols. For on‑prem Connectors, a 64‑bit OS is required and Linux systems should enable IP forwarding/NAT. Servers must support non‑static kernels and ideally AES‑NI for performance. Hardware sizing depends on anticipated encrypted traffic volumes; for self‑hosted connectors in Docker, ensure NET_ADMIN and MKNOD privileges.
