In 2025, Microsoft added Copilot AI features to Microsoft 365 Personal with monthly AI credits, integrated image and video creation tools like Designer and Clipchamp, elevated OneDrive ransomware protection, and raised subscription pricing by US $3/month while offering legacy “Classic” plans without Copilot as an option.
